Safety Implementation: Organize and coordinate safety practices in the plant to achieve zero incident.
Conduct regular plant inspections
Develop checklist for Safety
Monitor and implement of safety practices at the project site
Participation in departmental meetings
Emphasis on usage of PPE
Generate and review of reports and analysis of accident
Conducting training programs
Safety Promotion: Identify and formulate programs related to safety in order to motivate the employees.

Organize safety committee meetings
