Reduce machine downtime through quick and systematic fault diagnosis.
Preventive Maintenance
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM).
Check machine accuracy, backlash, vibration and abnormal noise.
Inspect ball screws, linear guideways, bearings, belts and couplings.
Check hydraulic pressure, lubrication, coolant and pneumatic systems.
Replace wear parts and recommend corrective actions.
CNC Control & Electrical
Troubleshoot FANUC / Siemens CNC systems.




Diagnose servo, spindle, encoder and feedback-related issues.
Check PLC I/O and machine interlocks.
Handle parameters, offsets and backup/restore activities as authorized.
Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Mechanical Service
Troubleshoot spindle, chuck, turret, tool changer and axis mechanisms.
Check machine alignment and mechanical condition.
Attend ball screw, linear guideway, bearing and coupling-related issues.

Support spindle and mechanical component replacement/reconditioning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
