Job Description

The Anaamalais Group (TAG) is looking for an experienced Legal Officer to manage legal documentation, compliance, legal notices, and coordination with advocates and external legal consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day legal matters and provide legal support to the organization.
Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation matters, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of legal documents and ongoing cases.
Support statutory and regulatory compliance activities.




Conduct legal research and provide relevant legal inputs to management.
Coordinate with internal departments on legal requirements.

Requirements
B.A., LL.B. / B.L. qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
Positive knowledge of legal documentation, compliance, and applicable laws.
Robust communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle legal matters.
Coimbatore local candidates preferred.
