Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple client entities, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Handle the complete accounting cycle, including:
Journal entries
General ledger maintenance
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Bank reconciliations
Month-end and year-end closing
Preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
Prepare and file GST returns, including:
GSTR-1
GSTR-3B
GSTR-2A/2B Reconciliation
Table 6A (Export Returns)
LUT (Form RFD-11)
Zero-rated supply compliance
IGST refund coordination
Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns.
Generate and validate e-Invoices and e-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and management reports for leadership review.
Coordinate quarterly and annual audit activities with statutory and internal auditors.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes.
Perform vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and balance confirmations.




Analyze working capital, cash flow, and financial performance to support management decision-making.
Identify discrepancies, investigate financial issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience with GST compliance and return filing.
Expertise in TDS compliance and reconciliations.
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Knowledge of Financial Statement Preparation.
MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.
Audit Coordination and Documentation.
Bank, Vendor, and Customer Reconciliations.
Internal Controls and Compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
