Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Conduct vehicle inspection and accurately record customer concerns in the job card.
Prepare repair estimates covering parts, labour and additional services.
Explain required repairs, costs and timelines to customers and obtain necessary approvals.
Coordinate with technicians, Parts and Job Controller teams for smooth job execution.
Monitor vehicle repair progress and keep customers updated on job status.
Ensure all repairs are completed as per OEM standards and customer requirements.
Conduct final checks and ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery.
Explain completed work, invoices and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
Maintain solid customer relationships, handle complaints and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
