We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily picking, packing and dispatch operations.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
Maintain accurate inventory and proper rack/bin organization.
Coordinate Amazon FBA and marketplace shipments.
Ensure orders are dispatched within timelines.
Monitor team productivity and packing accuracy.
Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness and security.
Handle stock verification, damages, returns and discrepancies.
Maintain daily warehouse reports and checklists.
Ensure proper opening, closing and handover procedures.
Requirements
2–5 years of warehouse experience.
E-commerce/FBA experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Robust team-handling and follow-up skills.
High ownership, discipline and accountability.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
