Key Responsibilities
Work as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
Gather business requirements, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
Configure, implement, test, and support Finance & Supply Chain Management modules.
Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, process documentation, and support UAT.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
Provide functional support for implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Work with Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS) throughout project activities.
Interact with clients/business users and provide effective functional solutions.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in D365 F&O;.




Solid functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Positive knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management, GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
Experience with India Localization is preferred.
Advanced Warehouse Management knowledge will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Project Management & Accounting / Commerce/Retail is a plus.
Experience in D365 F&O; implementation/support projects and client interaction.
Robust analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage multiple priorities.
