Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media and Meta Ads Expert who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content strategies, and run performance-focused advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.
Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns for leads, sales, traffic, engagement, and awareness.
Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Install and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign events.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy.
Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes,



and social media trends.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Understanding of campaign funnels and retargeting strategies.
Valuable social media copywriting and content-planning skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
Basic understanding of Canva or similar creative tools.
Strong communication, time-management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant social media and Meta Ads experience.
Proven record of generating qualified leads or online sales.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Agency experience will be an advantage.
Meta Blueprint certification is preferred but not mandatory.
