About Us:

Yosh Marcom is a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven campaigns, visual storytelling, and cutting-edge creative content. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Artist / Video Editor who can blend traditional animation with contemporary AI-powered tools to produce impactful digital content for brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, 2D/3D videos, and visual effects for advertising, social media, explainer videos, and brand campaigns.
Edit raw footage into compelling stories with sound design, transitions, typography, and compositing.
Work with AI-assisted design and editing tools (Runway ML, Kaiber, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, Sora, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and output quality.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into high-quality motion visuals.
Integrate 3D models, textures, and lighting for realistic product visualizations or animation sequences.
Optimize videos for various platforms — YouTube, Instagram, OTT, and web.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, plugins, and video tech to streamline production.

Required Skills:




Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya.
Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, composition, and storytelling.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for video editing, animation, or VFX.
Positive sense of color grading, sound syncing, and camera movement simulation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with creative precision.

Good to Have:
Knowledge of Unreal Engine, DaVinci Resolve, or Nuke.
Experience in creating product renders, animated explainer videos, or brand teasers.
Passion for experimenting with AI + creative production pipelines.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
