CRM Executive Duties & Responsibilities
Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
This includes recording customer contacts and conversations, managing leads and team tasks, creating performance reports, and more.




Tracking location and update
Although its main users are the sales team, CRM can also support the marketing and customer service departments.
