Salary Offered: Gross salary of Rs 20,000 - Rs 28,000 per month

About the Role

We are a boutique, growing interior design studio seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Associate to join our team on-site. In this role, you will work directly alongside the studio founder to streamline internal processes, integrate AI workflows, manage vendor relationships, handle marketing materials, and support project execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Systems & SOPs: Help establish, document, and organize core studio workflows (client onboarding, vendor databases, and site management checklists).
AI & Tech Integration: Explore and implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Notion) to optimize design research, client pitch decks, and daily administrative tasks.
Vendor & Material Management: Conduct vendor research, schedule vendor visits, and systematically organize our physical and digital material/sample library.
Marketing & Presentation Decks: Design high-quality client presentation decks, pitch materials, and assist with managing social media content (reels,



project portfolios, and posts).
Project & Site Support: Coordinate communications with contractors and suppliers, and participate in site visits to assist with ongoing design execution.

Requirements
Background: Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Management, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in a design studio or creative operations role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, and basic AI tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
Work Style: Solid organizational skills, transparent verbal/written communication, and a hands-on attitude for small-studio operations.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for vendor meetings and site coordination.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
