Job Responsibilities  Source and procure raw materials, consumables, and engineering items as per purchase requirements.  Obtain quotations from vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.  Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing.  Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality departments for material requirements.  Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.  Maintain vendor records, purchase history, and documentation.  Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.  Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.  Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and recent suppliers.  Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports for management.  Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procurement procedures.  Maintain complete documentation of all purchase records to comply with ISO 9001, AS 9100 Quality Audit.  Required good knowledge about Import Export Material

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
