We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Operations Executive to support PMS and AIF operations. The role involves handling client onboarding, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians, brokers, and RTAs, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end equity operations, including trade lifecycle and settlements
Process Demat account opening, modifications, transfers, and closures
Manage KYC / CKYC / FATCA / FEMA documentation
Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding documentation
Support HNI clients with operational requests
Coordinate with RMs to ensure timely resolution
Share reports and updates (via custodian platforms)
Liaise with: Custodians, Brokers, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), Depositories (NSDL/CDSL)
Resolve discrepancies and follow up till closure
Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSDL, CDSL regulations
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
Handle periodic updates and re-KYC
Candidate ProfileMust-have
1–4 years experience in: PMS / AIF / Wealth / Broking / Custodian ops
Hands-on exposure to: KYC / Demat / onboarding, Client servicing (ops side)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with documentation-heavy workflows

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
