About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales in the Rajkot region. This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build a career in field sales.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, dealers, and prospective clients in the assigned Rajkot territory
Generate new leads and follow up on existing customer relationships
Promote and sell company products to industrial/trade customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain daily visit reports and update customer data in CRM
Handle customer queries, quotations, and order follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery




Gather market information and competitor activity in the region

Requirements
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply)
Willingness to travel extensively within Rajkot and nearby areas
Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi; basic English preferred
Two-wheeler with valid driving license required
Basic computer knowledge (mobile apps, WhatsApp, Excel)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
