Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Lead to manage a team, monitor performance, achieve targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor daily team performance.
Guide team members and resolve work-related issues.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
Track performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Handle escalations and maintain a positive team setting.

Requirements:
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Prior team-handling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
