We are looking for a confident and persuasive Business Development Caller to connect with UK-based businesses and pitch offshore accounting & bookkeeping solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK accounting firms, SMEs, and business owners
Pitch and promote offshore accounting/bookkeeping services
Convince prospects to outsource their accounting operations to our team
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the senior sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline

Requirements
Excellent spoken English with a neutral/explicit accent
Solid persuasion and objection-handling skills
Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping concepts (preferred)
Prior experience in UK/US voice process or B2B sales preferred
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
Comfortable working in UK shift timings
