JOB TITLE: Growth & Business Operations Intern

We are looking for a proactive and organised intern who can support different areas of a growing yoga and wellness business. This is a hands-on role covering sales follow-ups, daily operations, program management and social media coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support
Call and follow up with interested leads
Explain programs clearly and confidently
Handle basic questions and objections
Follow up until the lead joins or gives a transparent response
Maintain lead status and follow-up records

Operations
Coordinate class, workshop and program registrations
Send payment links, reminders and joining information
Maintain participant lists and basic trackers
Follow up on pending payments and confirmations
Support smooth day-to-day execution of programs

Category & Program Management
Keep program information, pricing and schedules updated
Research competitors, trends and new program ideas
Track enquiries, registrations and feedback for each offering
Help identify which programs or categories are performing well

Social Media Support
Schedule and publish approved posts and Stories
Write or adapt simple captions and messages




Respond to basic comments and enquiries
Coordinate content requirements with the founder or designer
Maintain a easy content calendar

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Valuable spoken and written English and Hindi
Comfortable speaking with leads on phone and WhatsApp
Basic sales confidence and willingness to follow up
Organised and dependable
Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Canva
Able to learn recent tools quickly
Takes ownership without needing constant instructions

PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED ON
Leads contacted and followed up on time
Sales or registrations supported
Accuracy of trackers and participant information
Timely completion of operational tasks
Consistency of social media scheduling
Responsiveness, ownership and reliability

This is suitable for someone who enjoys working across functions and wants practical exposure to sales, marketing and business operations in a growing wellness brand.

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
