Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Staff to handle direct customer visits and field marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, introducing company products/services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct visits to potential customers, businesses, and prospective clients.
Identify and generate new leads through field visits and networking.
Introduce and explain the company’s products/services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Arrange product demonstrations or meetings with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.




Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
Prepare regular reports on field visits, lead generation, and conversions.
Represent the company professionally during customer visits.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable with direct customer interaction.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or field work is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
