Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Doctors Recruitment for UK Healthcare clients
Recruit for senior positions including Hospital Managers, Clinical Leads, and Senior Executives
Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality leadership talent
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Maintain recruitment data and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 Year experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment (Doctors)
Strong knowledge of UK healthcare job roles and hierarchy
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to manage senior-level stakeholders
Target-driven and result-oriented recruitment mindset
