Job Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
Prepare the OT, instruments, equipment, and required supplies before surgery.
Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques inside the OT.
Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties as assigned.
Check and maintain surgical instruments, consumables, and emergency equipment.
Ensure correct patient identification, procedure, and surgical site before surgery.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition as required.
Assist with positioning and protected transfer of patients to and from the OT table.
Maintain accurate counts of instruments, needles, swabs, and other materials.
Handle specimens appropriately and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Assist in cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and preparation of OT after each procedure.
Maintain OT records, registers, checklists, and surgical documentation.




Follow hospital infection-control, biomedical-waste management, and patient-safety protocols.
Ensure availability of emergency drugs, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, CSSD, and other departments.
Report any equipment malfunction, shortage, incident, or patient-safety concern to the concerned authority.
Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled conduct.
Perform duties during shifts, emergencies, and on-call requirements as assigned.

Qualification:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification.
Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
OT experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
