About the Role

Creatik IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team.

This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee communication, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities while working on real hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms.
Assist with interview coordination and recruitment activities.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee and HR-related documentation.
Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment updates.
Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
Support the HR team in day-to-day activities and assigned projects.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, HR, Business Administration, or a related course.
Final-year students and fresh graduates can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
Freshers are welcome.
