HR Executive

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and proactive HR Executive to join our team and manage recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update HR records, employee documentation & databases.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Draft and manage professional emails and HR communications.
Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
Strong recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
Excellent English communication and email drafting skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
