Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the retail sales team.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Allocate work and monitor team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Monitor billing and cash-handling processes.
Train and motivate team members.
Track attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
