Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
Coordinate with customers, technicians, sales, and other internal teams.
Monitor GPS device installation, activation, and service-related activities.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and MIS.
Track service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational processes.
Monitor inventory,



device movement, and related documentation.
Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.
