ACCOUNTS & AUDIT EXECUTIVE

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
Location: Sriperumbudur

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Audit Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support internal and statutory audit functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
Maintain proper accounting documents and records.

Audit
Perform internal audit and assist in statutory/external audits.
Verify invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Check financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Identify accounting errors, discrepancies, and process gaps.
Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and reports.




Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.

Tax & Compliance
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support preparation and verification of GST/TDS-related records.
Ensure accounting records are maintained as per company procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Positive knowledge of Accounts and Auditing.
Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE

3–5 years of experience in Accounts, Audit, Finance & Accounts, or Internal Audit.

Experience in a manufacturing / corporate / CA firm will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
