Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle customer calls and follow up on overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan payments.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments
Discuss repayment options and resolve payment concerns
Maintain customer records and payment commitments in CRM
Coordinate with field and backend teams when required
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Handling
BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
Graduation in any discipline
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi
Solid convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
Age below 30 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
