Location: Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: ₹45000 - ₹62000 CTC (Based on experience and interview performance)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll

Job Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Lead, motivate and monitor the store team to achieve business targets.
Drive store sales and profitability.
Ensure excellent customer experience and customer engagement.
Maintain inventory, stock accuracy and visual merchandising.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor store performance.
Train and coach team members for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

Type 1 – Graduates & Above
Minimum 2 years of overall experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager.

Type 2 – Graduates & Above




Minimum 4 years of overall experience.
Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead role

Type 3 – Non-Graduates (12th Pass / 10th + 3-Year Regular Polytechnic)
Minimum 6 years of overall experience.
Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead role.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent customer handling skills.
Sales target achievement experience.
Positive communication in Hindi, English (B2+) and local language.
Inventory and store operations knowledge.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
