Qualification required - Post Graduate in HR
Experience - Minimum 1 year
Entry and tracking of workers' daily attendance.
Coordinate the opening of workers' bank accounts.
Current worker enrollment, documentation, and duty card issuance.
Coordinate pre-medical and annual medical check-ups for workers
Maintain worker databases and individual worker files.
Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with company regulations.
ESI and PF registration for workers and employees.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
