Job Description
Work Collaboratively with stakeholders and improve supply performance for the spend handled; be able to identify and strategize for prospects on contracts in hand, across various sectors.
Support the development and management of sourcing strategy that delivers savings in material and subcontracting categories
Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate project risks related to spend / procurement / partner ecosystem
Measure and analyse spend and savings data across categories of procurement
Manage strategic contract relationship with suppliers / partners that promote development of market to ensure committed support.
As a responsible key member of procurement business segment, you are collectively accountable for committed savings on spend with risk mitigation, over run and scope creep avoidance, cost avoidance in contracts.




Conduct technical evaluation of procurement packages received from project stakeholders; be able to collaborate at techno-commercial level with internal functions, and work together to identify and strategize for optimization in line with technology / product / design trends and on-ground project requirements.
Prepare comprehensive RFX documentation, reach out to and evaluate suppliers / partners for specific requirements, obtain quotes which are complete and compliant in all respects.
Handle procurement activity for packages across domains including IT, Network, Compute, Storage and Security / Non-IT Equipment / Enterprise Software / Software Applications and Solutions / Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
