MIS Executive – Personal Loan Operations

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an MIS Executive to handle back-office operations and MIS for our Personal Loan business.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update loan and customer records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Track EMI dues, collections and overdue accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Accounts and Collections teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Assist with credit bureau updates and loan servicing activities.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Filters).
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Freshers with solid Excel skills are welcome.




Prior NBFC/Banking/Personal Loan experience is an advantage.
Exposure to AI tools preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
