We are looking for a customer-focused, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot technical or operational problems, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, support tickets, and resolution steps into the CRM system.
Feedback Collection:



Identify recurring customer pain points and share valuable feedback with the product, sales, or management teams to help improve our offerings.

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
0 to 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center operations, or a client-facing role is sufficient. (Freshers welcome)
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable using computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
