Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, skilled in-store experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable teas.
Explain different types of Darjeeling tea, including First Flush, Second Flush, Green, White, Oolong and other specialty teas.
Conduct and assist with tea tasting sessions for customers.
Explain tea origin, flavour, brewing methods and product differences in a straightforward and engaging way.
Assist customers with product selection, gifting requirements and purchases.
Handle billing/POS and day-to-day retail transactions accurately.
Maintain proper product display, cleanliness and presentation of the store.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment when required.
Maintain basic daily sales and customer records.
Support the team in achieving store sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
