Dgymbook is looking for a Field Business Development Executive to drive gym sign-ups across Kozhikode and Kochi. You'll be the face of Dgymbook on the ground — visiting gym owners directly, demoing the platform, and converting them into paying customers. This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who thrives outside the office and understands how to sell software to small business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Visit gyms, fitness centers, and studios daily to pitch and demo Dgymbook
Build a healthy lead pipeline through cold visits, referrals, and local networking
Understand each gym's specific pain points (billing, attendance, member management) and position Dgymbook accordingly
Negotiate and close deals; drive smooth onboarding by coordinating with the support team
Maintain accurate daily visit reports and update the CRM/lead tracker
Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals
Stay updated on competitor offerings and share market feedback with the team
Requirements
1–3 years of SaaS field sales experience is a must — candidates with a pure fitness-industry background but no SaaS/software sales exposure will not be considered
Demonstrated success selling a subscription-based software product to small business owners (any B2B vertical — gyms, salons, retail, etc.)
Ability to explain software features clearly to non-technical clients
Flexibility with working hours is mandatory — gym owners are typically most reachable early morning (6–10 AM) or evening (5–9 PM), and the role requires adjusting the daily schedule around this
Willingness to travel extensively within the city and surrounding areas
Solid communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
Self-driven, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
