Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution.
Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements




Freshers looking to start a career in Sales & Business Development.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Sales, BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
MBA, BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, B.Sc., BE, or any graduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals.
Candidates willing to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
