2-Wheeler Operations Head – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end operations of the 2-wheeler business.
Manage and monitor the ground-level operations team, ensuring smooth and productive execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with workshops and service partners and manage their onboarding process.
Coordinate and manage relationships with aggregators and other external partners.
Monitor customer operations and service experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Track operational performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Ensure that operational processes, service standards, and company guidelines are followed at the ground level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
