About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The role involves handling international customers through a blended process of Email, Chat, and Voice support.

Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Email, Chat, and Voice.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and within timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive written and spoken English communication.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic MS Office knowledge.

Comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
Willing to work from office in Aundh, Pune.
Comfortable with a blended Email, Chat & Voice process.
5-day working with rotational weekly offs.
