Job Summary

The role will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, AR/AP management, taxation, statutory compliances, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Record, verify and process financial accounting transactions and entries.
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Prepare financial statements and support monthly account closing.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Assist with tax audit reports and income tax returns.
AR / AP Management
Manage customer and vendor accounts.
Perform account reconciliations.
Handle TDS reconciliations and follow-ups.
Handle GST reconciliations and follow-ups.
Verify and account for vendor invoices.
Financial Management
Support working capital management and control.
Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking requirements.
Prepare and submit stock and debtors statements.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance




Prepare tax computations and ensure statutory compliances.
Handle Form 15CA/CB filings.
Manage TDS calculations, payments and returns.
Manage GST calculations, payments and returns.
Audit & Assurance
Support audit planning and monitoring.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required audit support.

Requirements
Solid understanding of accounting operations and month-end/close processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Robust stakeholder management skills.
Ability to plan, monitor and deliver individual targets aligned with organizational objectives.
