Xpress Health is a leading digital healthcare solutions provider, transforming patient care through innovation and technology. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. Developer to join our remote tech team and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects powering our healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications for AI and healthcare automation.
Implement and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
Work with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to build and manage semantic search and retrieval pipelines.
Optimize data processing workflows for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and DevOps.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Ensure application security and data privacy compliance (especially in healthcare context).

Required Skills & Experience:




Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
At least 2 years of experience working on AI/ML projects (model development or integration).
Experience with Vector Databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus.
Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
Experience in developing REST APIs and working with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
