Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated O&M; Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of our Ground mounted solar power plant. The role involves monitoring, maintenance, repair, and reporting activities to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and performance of the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the solar power plant, including MMS, PV modules, strings, SCB, SMB, inverters, RMU, UPS & batteries, C&R; panels, RTCC panels, SCADA system, and related equipment.
Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor plant performance through SCADA and field inspections; analyze data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Prepare daily and monthly generation reports, track KPIs, and suggest corrective measures.
Attend breakdowns on AC/DC systems and restore operations quickly to minimize downtime.
Inspect LT/HT panels and switchgear to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate O&M; records and ensure timely submission of reports.

Qualifications




Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in solar power plant operations & maintenance (preferred).
Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, transformer testing, and SCADA monitoring.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Strong knowledge in AC side- Breakers, Transformers, Central inverters, Switch yard, transmission line etc.
