Key Responsibilities
Overall project supervision, execution & monitoring
Ensure quality, safety, cost & timely completion
Planning, scheduling and progress monitoring
Review GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications & execution
Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, contractors & vendors
Prepare progress reports and management updates
Ensure compliance with IS Codes, EHS & project standards
Manage site manpower, materials and resources
Desired Skills
Solid knowledge of Civil Construction, RCC, Structures & Finishes
Knowledge of IS Codes & local statutory requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Project
Positive communication, coordination and leadership skills
Willingness to work at different project locations across Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience: 8+ years in Industrial & Commercial Projects

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Age: Up to 48 years
