Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their needs and budget.
Explain jewellery designs, diamonds, gold quality, pricing, and offers.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and follow-up.
Maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
6 Months–1+ Year jewellery/luxury retail sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, customer-friendly, and sales-oriented personality.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Salary & Incentives
₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
Unlimited performance-based incentives
