We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering/Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for attending to day-to-day maintenance requirements, troubleshooting equipment and facilities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel property.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel equipment, rooms, and facilities.
Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance requirements.
Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical issues as required.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, staff areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Attend to guest room maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and repair lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, plumbing fittings, and other related equipment.
Assist in the maintenance of pumps, motors, water systems, and other hotel equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Report major faults, equipment breakdowns,



and repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure secure handling of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to attend to maintenance requirements without affecting hotel operations.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the maintenance/work area.
Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
Previous experience in hotel/resort maintenance will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
