Maintenance Associate – Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Associate responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems at the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Handle 3-phase electrical systems, wiring, panels, switches, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of AC systems.
Handle refrigeration equipment and identify common faults.
Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is in protected working condition.
Attend breakdowns promptly and coordinate with external technicians when required.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper maintenance records.





Eligibility & Skills
ITI qualification is mandatory, preferably in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade.
Should have practical knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, AC, refrigeration, and plumbing.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply, depending on practical knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
