We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Senior Solar Technician / Installer to join our project team.

Salary: 18000-25000

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise solar PV installation and commissioning projects.
Install and inspect solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, earthing, and protection systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical issues at project sites.
Conduct testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
Guide and supervise junior technicians and installation teams.
Install and commission solar PV systems as per project requirements.
Plan and execute assigned solar projects within the given deadlines.
Identify and resolve technical issues at project sites.
Ensure proper safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
Explain solar system functionality and services to customers when required.
Coordinate with project teams, electricians, and customers at site.




Prepare basic installation/service reports and update project status.
Travel across Odisha for project installation and service work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in solar installation/maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring.
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams.
Knowledge of inverter, battery, earthing, and protection systems.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid 2-wheeler and driving licence.
Willingness to travel across Odisha.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
