Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for connecting with IT companies across India, identifying developer requirements, and placing our available IT professionals on suitable projects.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with IT companies, HRs, recruiters, and staffing firms across India.
Identify current and upcoming requirements for developers and IT professionals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with client companies and recruitment contacts.
Understand requirements including technology, experience, location, budget, and engagement type.
Review the company's available bench resources and match suitable candidates with client requirements.
Share relevant developer profiles with potential clients.
Follow up on submitted profiles and coordinate interviews.
Maintain records of requirements, submissions, interviews, and deployments.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding developer availability and technology skills.
Negotiate and coordinate resource deployment wherever required.




Work towards maximum utilization and faster deployment of bench resources.
Achieve monthly targets related to profile submissions, interviews, and resource placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, Resource Mobilization, or similar roles.
Good understanding of IT technologies and developer profiles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with calling and communicating with IT companies across India.
Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable resources.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment databases.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
