Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of IT systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
