The Junior Mechanic – Electrical/Electronics Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to students under skill development programs. The trainer will ensure learners gain industry-relevant knowledge, hands-on skills, and workplace readiness in electrical and electronics trades.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Electrical and/or Electronics trades as per approved curriculum.
Demonstrate protected use of tools, equipment, and electrical/electronic components.
Train students on basic electrical wiring, circuits, motors, panels, electronic components, and troubleshooting.
Conduct assessments, practical tests, and maintain trainee performance records.
Ensure training quality, discipline, and adherence to safety norms.
Maintain training lab, tools, machines, and inventory.
Support mobilization, attendance tracking, and student engagement activities.
Coordinate with the Center Manager and project team for reporting and reviews.
Assist students with basic employability skills and placement readiness.




Follow guidelines of the skill development program, SSC/NSDC standards (if applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust technical knowledge of Electrical and/or Electronics fundamentals
Practical training and demonstration skills
Positive communication and student-handling ability
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Awareness of safety standards and workplace practices

Preferred Qualifications:
ITI (Electrician / Electronics Mechanic) / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
1–3 years of industry or training experience
Experience in skill development programs (NSDC/SSC/CSR projects preferred)
Trainer Certification (ToT) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
