Key Responsibilities
Minimum experience 2 to 5 years
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and air conditioning equipment.
Install, maintain, and replace electrical fixtures, wiring, switches, sockets, pumps, pipes, and plumbing fittings as required.
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, ductable units, and other HVAC equipment.
Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical equipment and report any abnormalities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized maintenance is required.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a protected and clean condition.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
