Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will handle qualified customer enquiries, understand property requirements, present suitable options, and support customers throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct calls, client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Support customers through booking and documentation.
Maintain customer information and follow-ups in CRM.
Build relationships with prospective buyers.




Work toward sales and site-visit targets.

Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, retail, banking, hospitality, or related fields.
Fresh graduates with robust communication skills may apply.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer handling, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work toward defined sales targets.
Bengali and Hindi communication skills; working knowledge of English.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
