Job Summary

SkillsBee Academy is looking for a Partnership Associate to develop institutional partnerships with colleges and educational institutions and support campus outreach activities. The role is suitable for individuals with strong communication, networking, and coordination skills who can work flexibly on a freelance or part time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and build partnerships with colleges and educational institutions.
Connect with college management, placement cells, faculty, and student coordinators.
Coordinate seminars, workshops, and campus outreach sessions.
Represent SkillsBee Academy during institutional visits and events.
Introduce SkillsBee Academy's courses and career-focused programs to students.
Support student counselling and enrolment guidance during and after seminars.




Follow up with interested students and institutional contacts.
Maintain regular communication with partner institutions.
Explore recent prospects for institutional collaborations and student outreach.
Share updates on visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment activities.

Preferred Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Comfortable interacting with college authorities and students.
Valuable presentation and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in institutional outreach, education, business development, sales, or student counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
